Everyone:
Looks like I may have the registration problems from several weeks ago figured out. I will keep my fingers crossed. Here's hoping winter is over and warm weather is coming.....

Hi Dave:
I've got an '03 Classic Cruiser....my first big street bike. It fits me well, has been a great bike since the day I got it, and my wife loves it, too! As soon as I get things figured out here, I'll post a picture or two.

Frank, Bartonville is right on the edge of Peoria, sort of the home of the TT races since the track is more or less in Bartonville. Smitty, welcome to the NIVR. Keep a look out for rides coming up, spring is just around the corner and my fever is on the rise. BTW I'm a Peoria native/early retirement plan from Keystone.;)

Hey Daffy:
Congrats on the early retirement plan....but sorry to hear about your insurance woes. I think what has happened to the steel industry in this country is criminal (see: NAFTA). First thing we need to do is stop all those ocean-going containers from Asia and all those trucks from Mexico, and start building our own stuff again (see: Victory, H-D.) I'm an engineer on the Fire Department in Peoria, coming up on my 16th anniversary. I'm hoping for 14 more and by then, my fan club will either be working or done with four years in the armed forces, and then it will be time for the wife and I to have some fun.
Tim, thanks for the help in getting registered....I knew we'd get it done eventually.

Regards for now,
Smitty

Yes, Fritz, your memory serves you well. As a matter of fact, I stopped at Gary's house today while out and about, but couldn't raise him. Glad you remembered, though. Nice to have you ring my bell. I'll stop over and check in soon.
regards,
Smitty
