Cutting Air box

Hey Tim, been trying to find your Air Box mod tips. Any suggestions on how to find it? Thanks

i looked to see if i still had Tim's email re: the mod - but i don't. it's in the VMC someplace, but i could not find it either a couple months ago and Tim was nice enough to send an email. maybe he still has a copy of it.
also, look in the.vmc.com photos under (Kozy) "air box mod".

A little more costly but just as effective is the mod I did which was to cut out the monster box and to buy the pieces to assemble most of the '99 box with the exception of the top. I can give specifics if interested.

there is some question whether i will have adequte air flow with my set-up at higher RPM's, ie, it's ability to suck large quanities of air. have not had it on the road yet. don't know for sure.
will road test and dyno to see.
SideCarTim sez he did not have a problem with air flow.
Daffy's way i think would take the guess work out of it.
