New Vic Dealer in Town

So I go in there saturday morning. They are a new Victory Dealer. they are in a very good location right on RT 64. They put the sign up Thursday but they do not have any bikes yet. I will be stopping in there over the next few weeks.

Let me make one thing clear I have always felt that Randy and his team have been more than fair in every dealing I have had with them. I trust that pretty much everyone who has delt with him feels the same.

But I think this new dealrship is a gold mine if they do it right. This is the closest dealer to Chicago and I see alot of potential here.

This will be fun to watch and see how it plays out.

I stopped in today and spoke to Tim, he told me both he and another guy there used to be techs at Open Road, he was hanging packaged Vic accessories in the show room. They had 4 bikes on the floor, a Hardball, a Vision, what appeared to be an '11 Xcountry and I think a Jackpot?

I'm another who has had good experiences with Randy's but may need to use this new place instead of making a 40 mile (one way) trip.

I stoped in the other night on the way home I also spoke to the guy who says he worked at Open Road. I ask some questions and got the idea he was full of crap. I ask if he new Scott and he kinda played it off I ask what he thought the chances fo making money with Victory being directly between Wildfire and Fox River and he mentioned some crap about Victory in 2003. Proceeds to tel me i gotta upgrade my bike to something new instead of the TC. Not sure how to deal with this guy but I can say I really need to go vist Randy and spend some money. At least Randy has the sense to lie to me and say the TC was one of the best ikes Victory made.

Randy really is a TC fan. After the introduction of the Vision he still felt Victory needed to bring back the TC.
