I am taking a ERC course this Saturday. 18 in the class. 17 from a local HD club and me.
Somebody...anybody...plan a ride. I will need a Victory transfusion.

Earl:
On your way home from ISU, if I'm correct in assuming that your ERC is being held in Normal, feel free to stop by Bartonville. My cell phone will be on---370-6845. I'd love to meet you. There may still even be time that late in the day to ride a little. Heck, nice as the weekend's supposed to be, I might ride well into the night.
regards,
Smitty

Earl, I took the class last Saturday, you will love it. You will finish around 5 or 6. We had 12 in the class with four instructors. They split us into two groups of six. Was on the bike doing drills for about 5 hours.

Frank...thanks for that info. I was hoping it was going to be a hands on rather than a class room thing. Did you learn much new or did they validate what you knew and didn't know you knew it. Did I say that...
Smitty...the class is actually at the (a) campus in East Peoria, not sure if it is a ISU facility. I'll give you a shoutout when I'm done. Looking forward to meetin' you.

Validated what you already know, but how many times do you have the oppertunity to come to a quick stop around a blind turn with the bike leaned over, and do it without going down. You pratice it over and over until you feel real positive about it. I would do it every spring just to get you back to good riding pratices. It's about 5 hours outside.
