Illinois Victory Riders, Here are the plans for the ride up to the 50th. For those of you riding up to G&G's with me from the Northwest Burbs, I will be leaving from (this is the plan currently, I will be sending follow up notes as the day gets closer) from the intersection of Rt. 60 and Rt 83 at the Speedway gas station in Mundelein at 6:15 sharp, plan at being there at 6:00, yes thats a.m.. If anyone needs a place to stay because they are to far south or east feel free to call me, I can not guarentee a bed, but I have couches, floor space and showers. Don has been so kind to do the route from Sun Praire Wisc. We will leave G&G's at 7:45 to meet Don at Sun Praire. I would hope the rest of the Illinoi riders from the south west will meet us at Sun Praire. Looks like, by the time we get to Eau Claire we will have many Vics as we pick groups up along the way. We should make the hotels in enough time for the Victory dinner Friday night. If possible please e-mail me if you plan on going. Also, send me your cell phone number, and passenger info so I have it in case there are last minute changes. My cell is 847-274-4049. This should be a blast!!!

Meeting Place and Time:
Hanley Company, Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. Meet early enough to be ready for 9 a.m. departure.
Our Tentative Route:
We will drive on I-90/94/39 North to Portage, WI. Our first stop will be exit 108 A-B to Highway 78 South and we値l be stopping at Petro Truck Stop around 10 a.m. This is 32 miles.
We will leave there around 10:15-10:30 a.m. and head to Tomah, WI. We値l get back on I-90/94 North until exit 143 to Highway 21 and we値l stop at the Kwik-Trip Truck Stop around 11:30 a.m. This is 67 miles. We will fuel up and eat.
We値l leave Tomah around 12:30 p.m. heading north on I-94 to Eau Claire, WI. We値l get off on exit 59 to Partridge Road and the Holiday Station Store around 2 p.m. This is 84 miles.
We will fuel up and be joined by other VRA Ride Coordinators from Michigan, Ohio and other points east. We値l leave Eau Claire around 2:30 p.m., heading to Hudson, WI. We will be on I-94 West to exit 2 in Hudson. We値l turn onto Carmichael Road to the nearest gas stations around 3:30 p.m. This is 58 miles.
We値l top off our gas and regroup for the ride into St. Paul. We値l leave around 4 p.m. and head into St. Paul on I-94. Once we approach or get into St. Paul, our group plans to separate and go to our respective hotels/motels. We値l get to St. Paul around 4:30-5 p.m., depending on traffic. This is approximately 24 miles.
We will stop often to meet and socialize with the new riders and groups we meet along the way as well as for novice riders in our group.
