September 3rd - Antique Motorcycle Races

September 3rd at approximately 6 pm we will be leaving Douglas- Frye Motorsports in Sterling, IL to attend the Antique Motorcycle Races at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds in Davenport, Iowa. Anyone wishing to ride along should be at Douglas-Frye with a full tank of gas by 6 pm. If anyone wants to meet us at the fairgrounds, PM me with a cell number and I will call when we get there.
We will not ride if the weather doesn’t look good for the races.

Update on times.
Looks like the races start at 6:30 pm so we will try to leave D-F a little earlier than 6 pm. Probably sometime after 5 pm. We'll see what we can do to get Rich out of the shop before 6 pm closing time. Post here or PM me if you plan on riding with us. If we know you're going we won't leave without you.

Now that was a way cool event! If anybody ever told me that at the young age of 80 I'd be running a board track bike on the dirt and winning races.....
