Here is the note I sent to Kris at Victory summerizing the ride.

First off I have to say THANKS to all four dealers, (in order of the ride) Americas Open Road, F & R Sales, G & G Power Sports, and Twin Lakes Marine. They are certainly loyal to the Victory brand, all went out of their way to make the day a success.

We started at Americas Open Road on a day that was forecasted to have thunder storms, high winds and hail. What a way to start a ride. Five of us were foolish enough to make the trek to the next stop F & R. Did I mention that there were two people that joined the ride from Cinn. Ohio? Jeff and Linda rode to Chicago on Friday night and join the ride at the starting point. Hope their ride home on Sunday went well, rain, cold and high winds forecasted. Rained on us for about 15 minutes at the start and was fine the rest of the way. Arrived at F & R to find an additional 10 Vic riders. Weather looked good, more riders, wedding cake for Laura Scully ( my VRC partner who just got married) a raffle gift for everyone, even Bill Gara from G & G was there to ride with us to his place. About three quarters of the way to G & G the sky opened up and we all were a little wet and cold. At G & G, Bill was nice enough to give the group lunch. The rain picked up once we were at G & G, did I say that there were another 10 Vic riders waiting for us at Bills ( the group is growing). After about an hour, the rain gave way to sun, the temp went up to mid 70's. Left Bills, for about a 40 minute ride to Twin Lakes. By the time we got to Twin Lakes the weather was perfect for riding, Everyone took off their rain gear and heavy clothing to enjoy the refreshments provided by Twin Lakes. They also had a raffle that a good percentage of the group were winners. We lined up all the bikes in front of the Dealership and took a great picture. Everyone broke up at this point, a few of us headed back towards Americas Open Road. To sum the day up, Great Dealers, Great People, and OK weather. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the end of the month at Spirit Lake!!

Special thanks to Ray (Rayman) for leading the rides on the second and third legs)
