Proposed 2006 Rides. (Partial list.) Please contact me via this website or by E-mail for any proposals, additions or comments, inclusive of coordination of possible meet-ups with other groups for joint rides.
1) Sundays. Open rides every Sunday, all are welcome regardless of membership or brand. (Standard ride waivers required.) Weather permitting, an informal breakfast/lunch ride on a 'show up and go' basis. Destination to be agreed upon before departure. To be held even when there is another 'formal' event scheduled for those not attending the other event. Meet at AOR, front lot (on the side directly in front of the building, please avoid the south half the lot), at 10:00 AM. Quiet operation would be appreciated by the dealership in respect of their neighbors.
2) June 11. Gurnee Ride for Life. (American Cancer Society benefit.) Registration 9:00 AM., FATMAN"S INN, RT. 41 at Rt. 21, Gurnee IL.
3) July 28, 29, 30. AVR-American Victory Rally, Spirit Lake. Iowa.
4) August 12. Lil' Sturgis, Michigan That Is, Meet. Great Lakes Regional meet.
5) September 1, 2 ,3. VMC National Meet, Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
Other rides and events will be posted as information becomes available. Rides to Galena, Il., Wisconsin Dells and surrounding moraine area, and Starved Rock are currently under consideration. Let's move towards being a riding club!
