Sunday, May 7th will be a HAVR meeting and ride. We will leave Randy's at noon time for a ride (destination TBD) with a stop along the way for a brief chapter meeting. The primary purpose of this meeting will be to hold chapter elections. The positions of President and Secretary/Treasurer (Secretary/Treasurer is one position) must be filled. The positions of Vice-President and Road Captain are optional and do not have to be filled. Both nominations and the actual vote will take place at this meeting. If you will be unable to attend the meeting but wish to nominate or vote for someone for either office please send an email to our secretary (Luke) before Sunday so he can record your vote.
