Peoria IL area

i am in Pekin Il and bought my 07 8ball in Aug and put about 1100 miles on it before it got to cold. I did not see another Vic in those 11k miles :confused:

where is everybody ???? We have a great dealer in East Peoria IL (Bikers Dream)

So post up if you are close and we will all have to get together in the spring :D

I know we have a few members in your area and hope that they post here. We can meet up on the way down to the Freedom Rally, I think it is the 1st Sunday in May. Then again any reason to ride will do. I may have to ride to Peoria to pick up a gallon of milk or something. We did have 4 of us meet in Peoria to ride some of the river roads around there a while ago. We are having a meeting this Sunday to go over our Group ride schedule for this year, you are welcome to attend.

most of my buddies have HD and i am sick of smoking them all the time :laugh: !!! it would be nice to ride with some Vic guys :cool:

The Meeting is in Maple Park , IL. about 2 1/2 or 3 hour from you. It would be a long trip for you, but you are welcome if you want to make the trip. The Freedom Rally is a ABATE function that meets at the ILL. DOT in Springfield then is a escorted Parade to the Capital. I normally take I-39 to I-55 south to Springfield.

I bought it in April 2005 from Widman's in St.louis.

Best bike i'v ever owned. Yea we'll have to do lunch or somthing somtime.

There are a few of us around here in centrel IL we should plan a ride and see how many we can get together.

Help me out here if you can, I remember a road outside of Peoria somewhere by Jubilee Park with the nickname Roller Coaster Road but can't for the life of me find it.... any ideas as to where it is and a real name to it??

but i was up in rock falls last week. went to the dealer up there they seemed like real nice guys. bought a t-shirt and hit the road home about 2 hours each way.

i just bought an 07 cory ness jackpot from bikers dream. i'm new to the street bike scene but i'm looking to get out and ride with some other victory owners. i've put a whopping 165 miles on it so far lol. let me know if you want to hit the road sometime. Rob

man...i'd love to come out but i have some errands to do with my kids for a couple of hours. the black with green flames was sold to a guy up north by chicago. i have the silver with blue flames and orange pinstripes and i love it. i look forward to the next time or later if you will be out and about. thanks! Hey Rob they have a ride coming up on July 5th

it is the Ride For Randy... Randy was the wrench for us Vic guys at Bikers Dream and he passed away this winter from a heart attach

yeah i heard that...that's terrible. my wife works that weekend so i will have the kids but i'm going to try and make it out! i heard it will be a nice ride. up north, then down south and back up to pekin. hope to meet some good guys to ride with.

denny at bikers dream said something about going up by lasalle/peru area and then down to canton and over to pekin...or something of the sorts. said there could be 200-300 bikes. sounds like a good time.

Just bought a 05 TC last month. I haven't seen any Victories locally. I am about 40 miles from Peoria. Let me know when there are rides in the area. Would love to meet up with some other Vic riders. My son lives in Peoria and just bought a Beull so I am even more interested in Central Illinois rides before summer winds down.
