Slimey Crud - May 04-08

Just a reminder of the Slimey Crud Run on May 4th.

Will leave Dixon area approx 9AM. Would be able to meet others at IL RT26 and US RT20 just north of Freeport if interested.

Ride starts in Pine Bluff, WI, which is just west of Madison, WI. It's a great time for any bike nuts, as you will see just about every bike there that you can imagine. It's more of a show up and BS about bikes than a ride, but we do have a short ride to Leland, WI with food and refreshments thrown in. No cost for the ride, just enjoy being with other riders.

At about what time would you be at 26 and 20? Where specifically?

say between 930 and 10, gotta be a gas station or a store lot just south of the cross roads. I'd be more descript but I hardly ever stop in freeport. :p

We can meet at either Super Pantry Gas on Northwest corner of BUSINESS US20 (West Galena Ave.) and IL Rt26 or (FHK) Freeport Honda-Kawasaki 1-2 miles north of US20 on IL Rt26 on west side of road. Let us know.

Dave, Mark; I just got off ther phone with my ridin' buddy Dave from Wheaton and the consensus was that we are going to head directly up there from my house. I hope we can spot each other in the crowd, neither Dave nor I have been to one of these before, but I understand ther's quite a crowd. Dave will be on his white TCD and I'm taking the Cherry Vision. See you there....have a safe ride.

I know there are going to be some guys from the Victory Power Riders there also. It'll be great to see more VIC's there than just Mark's and mine.
